Bitter end to battle

BITTER at losing the battle to develop and operate the Tuen Mun River Terminal, the Odelon consortium has sought legal advice after a rival consortium led by Hutchison International Port Holdings won the Lands Department tender despite entering a $1.2 billion lower bid.
