THE Brisbane Broncos put their frustrations behind them and returned to what they do best - play brilliant attacking football - against IIIawarra last night.
In one of their best performances, the Broncos thrashed the hapless Steelers 54-4.
After seeing their Super League dream vanish before their eyes and then forfeiting their first-round match, the Broncos finally returned to the field with a rusty win over Western Suburbs last week.
But against the tackle-shy Steelers, the Broncos put it all together, scoring 10 tries to one in a commanding display.
'It's great to get our minds back on football and out of the courtroom,' said Broncos skipper and Man-of-the-Match Alan Langer.
'We had a tough time over the past few months but really had a good time tonight.
