LEADING members of Hongkong's Indian community will meet Legislative Councillors tomorrow to discuss the Chinese offer of a Special Administration Region passport. The Indian Resources Group will meet legislator Ms Emily Lau Wai-hing to discuss the offer to Indian businessmen from Mr Lu Ping, director of the State Council's Hongkong and Macau Affairs Office. The passport offer had been described as a ''watered down version of the Chinese passport'' and ''not very concrete''.
