Draft licence conditions for Container Terminal 10 (CT10) should be ready within two months, according to Port Development Board secretary Tony Clark.

'It is the intention of the Government to resolve CT9 before constructing CT10 and CT11,' he said.
Similarly, all the other paperwork on CT11 was also being carried out.
Mr Clark, who is to retire in six months time, said he was optimistic that CT9 would be resolved and that clear directions would be set out for CT10 and CT11.
Feasibility studies on CT12 will take place at the end of this year.

By 2000, Hong Kong will need to have CT9, CT10 and the first phase of CT11, operating at full capacity.
