Bank of East Asia (BEA) has launched a privileged mortgage loan package, combining most concessions newly offered in the market.

The package includes interest rate concessions of one percentage point off the standard mortgage rate of 10.25 per cent, with professionals enjoying a further reduction of 25 basis points.

  Various methods of repayment are also offered. They range from fortnightly; constant principal repayment and progressive repayment.
