We are constantly being exhorted by advertising to take advantage of shopping via the television.

  About six weeks ago I succumbed to an advert on Star TV for Valentino sleep shirts. I was advised they would be delivered within a week, yet three to four weeks later - and after several phone calls - I was told that, despite detailed directions, they could not find my delivery address.

  Now, as a result of their difficulties in finding me, the sleep shirts are out of stock but the advert is still being shown.

  Can Star TV or the advertisers comment here or, more importantly, provide the shirts? NAME AND ADDRESS SUPPLIED
