KEEPING Posted doesn't know whether having your child turn out like Prince Charles is still all the rage. We doubt very much, however, it was Gordonstoun School in Scotland that taught him all about knickers and Tampax - mentioned in the transcript of a telephone call reportedly between the prince and Mrs Camilla Parker Bowles.
Princes Charles, Andrew and Edward all went to the famous institution, following a tradition started by their father, Prince Philip, and which may be continued by young princes William and Harry.
But, contrary to popular belief, the school is not a men-only facility, and it's not just for British students either - more than 200 Hongkong residents have filtered through its famous halls.
And when the headmaster of Gordonstoun School arrives in town tomorrow, he'll be trying to link up with all his past pupils - as well as attracting new recruits.
Mark Pyper will be staying at the Hilton Hotel with the director of Gordonstoun International Summer School, James Thomas, until Thursday. The highlight of their stay will be a Gordonstoun Function in Central tomorrow night.
So if you were classmates with the royal family and haven't been contacted, Mr Pyper would appreciate a call. And if you fancy sending your child to the prestigious facility, he'd be especially pleased (we imagine, however, that the fees are in direct proportion to the school's reputation).
