Celebrating Chow Tai Fook’s 85th anniversary with gorgeous jewellery of love

Under The Red Universe theme, Chow Tai Fook is collaborating with four internationally acclaimed organisations, taking inspiration from the purity of water, the nurturing power of the earth, the virtue of mankind, and the brilliance of light to create works of art using different precious stones and materials, showcasing top-class workmanship to the world.
Forevermark’s The Guardian of Love, created under the theme of “Man”, demonstrates not only jewellery craftsmanship and artistry, but also the heartfelt love of humanity as well as mother earth.

The one-of-a-kind neckpiece traces its originating concept from a sunflower, a visual expression for man and earth. “We’ve been really pleased and excited about the whole design concept and theme together.” says Mr Costantino Papadimitriou, Senior Vice President, Forevermark Brand Strategy and Innovation. “The inspiration is really about the theme, man and the earth. The heart is where life begins, at the heart of the earth are diamonds, and the heart of man is love, so the themes come together, and they radiate outwards to man and to the universe,”
Developing from the flower concept, the masterpiece evolves into a ‘shield’ for the heart, guarding the eternal love within by a cluster of 26 dazzling Forevermark diamonds in a disc floret with a chain of shimmering diamonds as the petals. Upon closer look, one will be amazed by the flawless craftsmanship and powerful artistry, as the diamonds on the petals are in fact the heads of some miniature human-shapes with linked hands. The Guardian of Love, with over 1,968 diamonds totalling 45 carats, purely crafted by hand, is a joyous, spirited celebration of mankind.
The Guardian of Love can be worn in six styles: as a body ornament, necklace, choker, brooch, hairclip, or belt. This versatility allows the piece to match different important occasions, just like the strong vitality and versatility of the sunflower.

The three diamond solitaire rings in the collection, decorated with white gold spheres, dazzling pavé and two shining diamond solitaires respectively, have one element in common: the ring is a pair of connected lovers embracing the central diamond, representing inseparable and eternal love. The collection also features a diamond solitaire pendant, earrings and drop earrings, forming a complete expression of profound love from the heart through a classic, everlasting yet clever design.
