Police make frenzied hunt

NAIROBI: Kenyan police, outraged at the killing of two officers, injured 15 people and ransacked commercial buildings in the centre of Nairobi in a frenzied search for the assailants.

At least 15 people were injured and 1,000 arrested in the River Road area, while hotels, restaurants, bars and boarding houses were ransacked in the police hunt for the gunmen.
