Singapore appointment

CIARAN Kelly has been appointed general manager of the Omni Marco Polo Hotel in Singapore.

Mr Kelly, a graduate of Rockwell Hotel School in Ireland, started his career at the Amsterdam Hilton in 1972 and has held senior positions in international hotel chains in North America including Marriott, Four Seasons and Westin.

He has worked in Asia since 1987, most recently holding the position as managing director of the Westin Chosun in Seoul.
