The low-rise residential project, at 22A Peak Road, comprises 24 flats of 735 to 767 sq ft in eight three-storey blocks.

According to sales agent A. G. Wilkinson & Associates, the first phase of the project consists of 12 units, which are scheduled for sale in the middle of this month. The date of the official launch is being finalised.

The project is under the control of the Government's pre-sale consent scheme and the sale will be conducted by ballot arrangement.

The agent's executives said the project would be offered at an average price of about $2,600 to $2,700 per square foot.
