Yaqub Mohamed Khan has been battling perceived injustice since he was dismissed from the Royal Auxiliary Police in 1978.

Born in Hong Kong, Mr Khan is 65, and separated from his wife. He lives in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Claiming his dismissal was illegal, he introduces himself as Superintendent Khan and says he is owed $12 million.

After lodging 600 applications for Legal Aid over the past 17 years, he has been barred from receiving Legal Aid for three years.

What's on your mind? I want to see when the Governor is going to say 'hello' to me. I have given almost 80 per cent of my life serving this Government and have been completely ignored. It's a torment that I think no human being can stand.

That's what's on my mind all the time, not just today. It's so painful to feel so betrayed.

I'm just lucky they haven't put me in prison. That's what they did to all those people, my brothers in India and Pakistan.
