Consortium eyes All Pantronic

Directors of All Pantronic Holdings say the company is in negotiations with a consortium of independent third parties who have expressed interest in buying a major stake in the company.

As a result of the potential subscription, they said, a general offer for the shares might or might not be made. The company requested a suspension of the shares yesterday until a further announcement was made.
