Wai Kee sees 11pc stake sold

Wai Kee Holdings said last night that Richard Zen Wea Foo, a substantial shareholder who was neither a director nor involved in daily management, had sold his 11.2 per cent stake in the group.

The news came in response to a stock exchange query about the increase in turnover of the shares on Monday.
