Shanghai Huili Building Materials Co

Shanghai Huili Building Materials Co, a wall coating and construction materials maker, will sell 80 million B shares to raise up to US$18 million on listing in Shanghai early next month.

Sources said the company would hold a presentation in Hong Kong on Wednesday before a share placement early next month.

China Guotai Securities Co is underwriting the offer with Yamaichi Securities.
