Reports that troubled sports bag manufacturer Pam & Frank International Holdings has been bought by shipping group Cosco (Hong Kong) have been labelled incorrect by Pam & Frank directors.

The company said last night discussions relating to the possible acquisition of assets from an independent third party were continuing, but that no agreement had yet been finalised.
