Parents unaware of blue movie obsession

The parents of sex attacker Yeung said they had no idea their son was a secret pornography enthusiast.

His mother, who refused to give her name, said he was quiet, took care of his brothers, and worked hard at school.

The parents were often away from home working as hawkers and had not realised their son was watching pornographic videos.

'We have insufficient communication with him,' the mother said.

'I have to shoulder responsibility for my son's case.' Tommy Ling Nim-chiu, Yeung's classmate at the Buddhist Tai Hung College, said he knew Yeung used to read pornographic magazines, but did not think they could poison a person's mind if he could control himself.

'Frankly, he has some problems in his mind, but we should give him a chance.
