A real estate agent, accused of accepting bribes from solicitors' firms to which he referred conveyancing business, faced charges of assaulting a newspaper photographer in a separate court case yesterday. Jackson Kong Chuen-hung, 37, denied he assaulted Leung Wai-nin, from the Chinese daily Ming Pao and broke his flash gun outside Eastern Court last Tuesday.
