A 70-year-old former urban councillor told a judge he had not had a close relationship with a woman he wants removed from his property. Solicitor Chow Wai-hung, who served for 16 years on the council, said the woman had been a caretaker at the Mongkok premises. He denied promising to sell a flat to Yuen Choi-kuen, 50, for $400,000. Asked by Mr Justice William Waung Sik-ying whether he had a close relationship with Ms Yuen, like that of a father-in-law, Mr Chow said: 'No, absolutely not. She was only a staff member in my company.'
