The present rate of dolphin carcasses being found on Hong Kong shores is extremely alarming, but it is a step forward to learn from the report in the South China Morning Post, of June 6, that Bowen Leung, Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands, agrees that further specialist study is needed.
