Dragonair has a weekend special in Hangzhou for just $2,790. Electronic-mail and Internet junkies may soon be able to feed their habit while travelling, thanks to Atcom-Info, a San Diego-based software company. Atcom-Info has developed public access 'cyberbooths' where individuals can log on, read their e-mail or surf the World Wide Web speedily and inexpensively. These come in three models: free-standing kiosks with two screens; individual, in-room terminals for hotels, and wall-mounted units for airports. To get on line, users give Atcom-Info their credit-card information and indicate the system with which they have an e-mail account.
