Esther Wong Chui-ha makes a living out of keeping people cool - she runs an ice cream and yoghurt shop.
The 32-year-old married mother left her office job to run the Quarry Bay shop which her three-year-old son visits every day after kindergarten.
She has been in the trade for 12 months.
What's on your mind? When the economy was good, many people came to us buying frozen yoghurt for their friends. But now they choose to buy ice cream instead. It is much, much cheaper. It only costs $6 compared to $17 for yoghurt. The ice cream business really does reflect the ups and downs of the economy.
Do you like your job? I quit my previous office job as it was far too boring.
Now, I can meet many different people and talk to them when they come in.
