The Hong Kong Shippers' Council and the Hongkong Association of Freight Forwarding Agents (Haffa) will hold a comprehensive certificate course in air-freight operations between July 16 and September 6. The course, intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of air freight operations, will be conducted by Mr David Sung, manager of Polar Air Cargo.
