MTR snub

I refer to my letter headlined, 'Anomalies', which appeared in the South China Morning Post, on May 16.

There is still no reply or explanation from the MTR Corporation, to my inquiry about discrepancies in its new fare system which was introduced on May 1.

As a frequent commuter, I am really disappointed with the MTR, as it seems to be ignoring my valid questions.
