Cable message

Over the past few months letters have been flying back and forth between Discovery Bay management, Wharf Cable and to residents regarding Cable TV services.

Now they are circulating letters to residents via the ferry terminal. As a DB resident I would like to have access to cable TV. I want the choice. To my knowledge just about every development in Hong Kong is passed by cable except us and from the letters I have read recently it seems to be down to decisions by petty bureaucrats.

Just what is so difficult about wiring us up to cable? I want to know when I, and therefore all DB residents will be able to subscribe.

Please do not reply to this letter with political point scoring, I want an answer.
