NBC recruits

TVB International's former marketing services manager, Ruth Kan, has joined NBC Asia. As director of marketing she will be responsible for marketing and promoting the satellite broadcaster's two channels. Dick Reingold will also join NBC Asia's Hong Kong operation in August as vice-president and station manager.
