In general, there are sites on the World Wide Web that discuss major topics are few, but more common place areas for accessing HR information are through 'discussion groups.' These cover topics ranging from executive development and information systems to industrial psychology, employee benefits and business process re-engineering.
Good ways to access general Hong Kong material on the WWW are through the following: http://www.hrhq.com and http://www.yahoo.com/ business and economy/companies/corporate services/human resources/index.html.
While these provide only general information 'links' and references make finding what is really useful easier.
Other specific sites are more commercial.

The best news of all, is that work is underway to provide easy access to as many of these as possible through the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management home page (Web site: http://www.hkihrm.org).
