Five-year-old Wong Kwan-cho drowned after falling into a fish pond while playing with two four-year-old friends behind a wood factory in Ping Che Road, Fanling, last night.

  An off-duty Marine Police officer pulled him out and tried to revive him. He was taken to Fanling Hospital and then to the Prince of Wales Hospital but was dead on arrival.
