Gold Peak makes boardroom change

Gold Peak Industries (Holdings) appointed John Lo Siew-kiong as its executive director effective from yesterday.

Mr Lo was formerly a non-executive director of the company, which develops, manufactures and distributes batteries, electrical installation products, vehicle electronics and cable products.

He is the chairman of the Hong Kong Standards and Testing Centre, Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency and the Quality & Reliability Centre of Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
