Scopus, Pacific in joint venture

Software company Pacific Technologies has signed a joint-venture with Scopus Technology, a leader in enterprise customer care systems.

Scopus has several distributors in Asia, but decided to form its only joint-venture with Pacific Technologies because of its strong emphasis on growth in Greater China.

Scopus has won awards in Europe and the United States for its open architecture, customer-specific software solutions and customer care solutions.
