Shares in Konsortium Perkapalan Bhd and Diperdana Corp will resume trading tomorrow, DCB Sakura Merchant Bankers Bhd says. Konsortium has agreed to sell its shipping assets to Diperdana Corp for M$974 million (about HK$3.02 billion). Diperdana will issue new shares at $13 to pay for them.

   Both companies halted trading of their shares more than two weeks ago pending the announcement.
