The Club offers prestigious membership benefits carefully chosen to meet a variety of lifestyle and entertainment needs. Membership tiers start with blue and progress through silver and gold to platinum. Quite simply, the higher your tier, the more benefits you get.

Hundreds of VIP customers got together recently to witness the launch of The Club, marking a significant milestone in the history of HKT’s service to Hong Kong.

Group Managing Director Alex Arena told his guests: “The Club is an important initiative to demonstrate our appreciation for the continued support and patronage of our customers. This program is unprecedented for a telecom company in Hong Kong in terms of scale and attractiveness, and differentiates HKT as a truly customer-focused operator.”

HKT Premier customers registering as members of The Club are being granted top-tier platinum membership1, amounting to a complimentary pass to the high life. Benefits come under three pillars. The first is “Concierge”, which provides customer care ranging from making restaurant reservations and booking concert tickets via a Personal Assistant service – all the way through to home IT support from the Personal IT Manager. “Rewards” offers Clubpoints that can be redeemed for a variety of products and services, while “Applause” enables customers to attend exclusive prestige events.
