The 90-minute show features acts by the friends of Strawberry Clown and cheerful music from the puppet Bumble-Bee.

Puppeteers will also present a good old-fashioned adventure, Tales of Palekh, at 2.30 pm today at the same venue.

Steeped in Russian folklore, this tale will be staged by puppets impersonating the valiant Prince as he tries to rescue his beloved beauty from the clutches of an evil magician.

The theatre's performance is part of the International Arts Carnival, which runs until August 4. Other performances include circus, mime, magic, music, comedy, film and workshops.
