Absolutely disgusting

I wonder if something could be done about the state of the ladies' toilets at the entrance to Stanley Market.

They are a total and utter disgrace. None of the toilets flush, some are covered in filth, and the bucket which is provided as an alternative to flushing has a large hole in it.

What a terrible impression this must make on the many tourists who visit the market and are forced to use this facility.
