Henderson Land Development Co has registered 191 prospective buyers for tomorrow's sale of 108 residential flats in two projects - Metro City in Tseung Kwan O and Tolo Place in Ma On Shan.
The units include 76 flats of Metro City and 32 flats of Tolo Place.
Initially, the developer released 48 Metro City units and 20 Tolo Place units. It decided early this week to launch 40 extra units.
Prices for the 28 additional units of Metro City were raised 9.4 per cent to $4,885 a square foot from $4,465 and those for the 12 extra units of Tolo Place were increased 4 per cent to $5,294 a square foot from $5,090.
Henderson has sold more than 1,000 units of Metro City since the first launch in June.
Selling prices for the first batch of units were $4,111 a square foot.
