Irvine J. 'Pinky' Vidacovich, international sales executive and acting general manager of United Press International's Asia-Pacific region, is to retire next month. Derek Stumfall, Asia-Pacific manager of sales and marketing, will assume the post of general manager for the region. Mr Vidacovich, 63, began at UPI in 1962 as a reporter in the news agency's New Orleans bureau.
