Li, who broke two national records at the Atlanta Olympics and is currently the fastest Hong Kong swimmer, won gold medals in the men's 50 and 100 metres freestyle.
Lamsam made up for the disappointment of failing to qualify for Atlanta by winning the women's 400 metres freestyle. Fong Lik-shing and Snowie Pang Wan-yiu won silver medals.
