Security fails the test

A poll in Lok Fu, Lower Ngau Tau Kok and On Ting estates on public housing security systems showed 70 per cent of residents were not satisfied. The Association for Democracy and People's Livelihood interviewed 1,188 households between mid-July and mid-August.
