Robbers hurt raid victim

ROBBERS assaulted the wife of a senior Jardine's subsidiary company executive yesterday before escaping with $53,000 in cash and valuables. Mr Chris McCleoskey, a contractor director for Schindler Lifts, was not at his 14th floor flat at 7B Bowen Road whenfour men forced entry and punched his wife.

Mrs Mary McCleoskey, 47, was tied-up while the robbers spent an hour ransacking her home. She was treatment at Queen Mary Hospital for eye, shoulder and back injuries.
