A sex attacker could not resist fondling a 16-year-old girl when he found her lying drunk and naked from the waist down in his flat, a court heard yesterday.
Yeung Kwong-man, 20, had been drinking with the teenager and friends at a karaoke bar last October, and they returned to his home at Cha Kwo Ling.
When he left the flat briefly, the girl had been lying fully clothed on his sofa. Some of his friends had stayed with her, Eastern Court was told.
When he returned, his friends had gone and the girl was lying unconscious on the sofa with her underpants removed.
The court heard Yeung, who works at his father's transport company, indecently assaulted her while helping her put her clothes back on.
The girl told the police she had been sexually assaulted twice and said someone else had also touched her.
