Pleading bank raids

A 55-year-old man was arrested at a Standard Chartered Bank in Cheung Sha Wan after two failed raids on the bank's branches in Telford Gardens and Kwun Tong when a man passed tellers notes saying: 'I'm unemployed and sick. Please help me and don't shout.' They ignored him and he fled empty-handed.
