As the site for one of the world's first freeports for artwork storage and trading, Geneva is home to the best fine art logistics companies in the world. Natural Le Coultre stands out as it draws on more than 150 years of experience to provide a full suite of artwork-related services. Its offerings range from scientific analysis, restoration and storage to setting up exhibitions, financing and trading.

"We offer all services clients can dream of," says president and owner Yves Bouvier. "Private collectors, auctioneers and galleries get the customised service they require, delivered with the highest standard of Swiss quality and confidentiality."

Natural Le Coultre complements such dedication with state-of-the-art facilities. Its 22,000-square-metre warehouse in Geneva features around-the-clock maximum security, ultramodern alarm systems, sophisticated monitoring technologies and automated controls for temperature, humidity and fire protection.

Through affiliated companies, Natural Le Coultre offers the same degree of competence within its LE FREEPORT facilities in Singapore and Luxembourg.

"One may find the same quality service elsewhere, but it's usually not centralised," Bouvier says. "We provide all offerings in one safe location so clients don't have to take their artwork somewhere else to contract other services. Delicate as they are, these assets are safest when they're not moving."

Focused on sharing its brand of excellence with China, Natural Le Coultre will soon operate in Shanghai, where a LE FREEPORT facility is planned to open in 2017.

"Our future Shanghai operation will foster the development of a vibrant international art market in China," says Tony Reynard, chairman of LE FREEPORT Singapore, one of Natural Le Coultre's affiliate companies. "Years of negotiations with Chinese potential partners have confirmed that our Swiss savoir faire is a highly coveted asset."
