Cargo costs at standstill

Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals will maintain its charges at 1992 levels, despite a 50 per cent rise in the consumer price index over the past five years. Managing director Anthony Charter said due to constant improvements in productivity and full use of automated systems, the company was able to maintain the same rate.
