NARCOTICS Bureau officers arrested two Nigerian men in the lobby of a Tsim Sha Tsui hotel last night and seized 12 kilograms of herbal cannabis with a street price of $500,000.

  Police had kept the two men under observation for the past two days and pounced when they appeared in the Canton Road hotel at about 6.30 pm.

   The two men, both in their early 30s, were last night being detained pending further investigations.
