Shanghai Dazhong Taxi Co has signed an agreement for a combined A and B-share rights issue to raise about 228 million yuan (about HK$212 million) for expansion.

  It said the issue of 23.4 million B shares was priced at 57.8 US cents a share, while the 25.74 million A shares were priced at 4.80 yuan each.
