A group of Hong Kong students were awarded Master's degrees in Public Order this summer by the renowned Scarman Centre for the Study of Public Order at Leicester University, the United Kingdom.
The students, drawn from police, criminal justice and welfare agencies, had completed a two-year part-time course in public order run by Leicester University and taught at Hong Kong University.
The students have studied subjects ranging from criminal justice to social inequality and disorder.
