TWO men are to be flown to the United States to face charges. Extradition proceedings were dropped after Tang Chung-leung, charged with conspiracy to commit bribery and seven counts of bribing a federal official, and Chan Lap-cheung, accused of importing 24 kilograms of heroin into the US, agreed to go voluntarily.
