Concord Technology, a manufacturer of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), was one of three winners of the 1996 Chinese Manufacturers' Association Machinery and Equipment Design Award.
Concord won its award for the Super Test T323 In-Circuit Tester, an electronic testing machine for checking components such as resistors, capacitors and inductors.
The T323 features 'ultra high-speed performance, incorporating a high-speed C-MOS scanning switch', Concord said.
Accuracy is ensured by its 16-bit digital-to-analog converter with 64 K step resolution, giving fine measurement capacity.
Potential drops in measurement are eliminated by the internal six-point measurement scanner which gives high-precision component testing.
The eight-point measurement scanner in the T323 can use the Kelvin method to measure very small value resistors, capacitors and inductors.
Measurement reliability is also achieved through the digital filtering system, which gives an excellent signal-to-noise ratio for more stable measurement.
