Karrie's tooling and sheet metal division has the capacity to make 190,000 sets of computer casings per month through subsidiaries Castfast Magnetic Moulding and HK Hung Metal Manufacturing. Group company Karpo Technologies handles the manufacturing and assembly of standard switching power supply and electronic products, while Karwin Engineering looks after design, engineering and marketing of OEM products. The first stage in the production process is the slitting and shearing of sheet metal and tooling, including metal stamping and plastics injection. Surfaces are then treated, including sheet metal plating and painting. The final stages are the manufacture of switching power supply and assembly of casings. Design support is capable of taking an OEM product from a design sketch to a final design package. Factories are ISO 9002 certified.
