Electronic and telecom products maker IDT International has made a preliminary conditional offer to acquire troubled Yeebo (International Holdings). Directors of IDT said the company had submitted proposals to Yeebo and its offer was still being discussed. They said if the acquisition went ahead, it would be financed by internal resources.
